How does this work:
It is recommended that a checking account in your name is set up that you fund per our request.
You can either send us your bills or invoices or have them sent directly by mail to us.
We then prepare a check for you to sign for each bill or invoice we receive.
We deliver the check to you, to sign, along with the bill or invoice plus the envelope.
If you prefer we can have your signature on file and print it on your check or we can do electronic banking.
We reconcile your bank account every month so there’s no need to worry about bouncing checks as long as you fund the account per our advice.
